  • Monday to Friday : $2,500/week 
  • 2 days a week actively cooking to prep 7 days worth dinner and snack : $2,000/week

1 to 10 guests: $320 per person

11 and more guests: $320 per person (support staff not included)

Foie gras marinated with Sauternes - $120/pound

Foie gras marinated with Sauternes and stuffed with pistachios - $145/pound

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund of deposit. Cancellations made within 3 days will be charged a $300 fee from the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a loss of the deposit.
